Settings unique to this device

First one setting that’s different for the g-shield is the one that inverts the step pins

$2=252 (step port invert mask:11111100)

Next this one inverts the direction of the axis for all 3 axis

$3=7

This sets the step idle delay to 0.1 seconds. This allows us to move the machine when idle.
